Quarterback training, private athletic performance training, and Acupuncture sessions are available throughout Annapolis, Edgewater, and Severna Park, MD. Athletes train at various locations including Annapolis High School, Riva Area Park, South River High School, Kinder Farm Park, and Severna Park High School, offering a variety of high-quality environments for focused development. Our Acupuncture office is located at 43 Old Solomons Island Rd. Suite 201, Annapolis MD, 21401.
Leonardtown, Maryland
We offer group & private athletic performance training sessions at Fit U, a 10,000 square foot facility equipped with the space and tools needed to develop key athletic performance qualities. Quarterback training is also available at this location, utilizing the outdoor turf area connected to the indoor training facility for position-specific work. Acupuncture is also offered at this location!
Owings, Maryland
SOMD Sports Plex in Owings is a spacious, open training facility that provides quarterbacks with ample indoor space to throw, train, and develop their skills year-round. Our primary training locations in Calvert County also include Dunkirk District Park, and Hallowing Point Park, providing athletes with versatile spaces to train, compete, and develop their skills.
